Terms and Conditions

California Food Safety reserves the right to cancel any class or exam within 2 days of a scheduled class or exam date and notify the student of the cancelation. The student may then reschedule the class or exam at no additional charge or be granted a 100% refund.

California Food Safety reserves the right to change prices and policies at any time.

There is a $25 service fee for any returned checks.

HOME STUDY STUDENTS: Those choosing to do home study and then take the exam must take the exam within 3 months of registration or a $30 rescheduling fee will be imposed.

RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling exam or class dates must be done at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled date or a $30 fee will be imposed.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund will be given if requested 2 weeks or more before scheduled class or exam date. Any unused registration fees must be used within 1 year of initial sign-up date.
