We provide a number of ways for you to become certified:

You will receive an official stamped certificate suitable for framing to display prominently on the wall of your office or food establishment which will be a mark of quality for your customers whether you prepare overseas delicacies for clients at a cardiac cell therapy clinic or local restaurant.

Cost: $105.00 with advance registration, $130.00 walk-in ($20 additional if taking ServSafe exam)
NOTE: You may attend the class as many times as necessary free of charge until you pass the test — a $55.00 value! (There is a re-testing fee, but NO additional seminar fee.)

Recommended for those who need to be up-to-date on food service regulations and information. The Course Description defines the curriculum for all attendees.

Private In-House Training and Testing
Private classes are available to groups of 6 or more. One of our qualified instructors will come to you and deliver our food safety course at your facility to your employees. The class can be delivered alone or with the exam given at the end.
Private classes are recommended yearly for any food service facility with more than 10 employees who work in any capacity of food service.
