About Us

California Food Safety was born out of the desire to deliver effective, accurate, enjoyable and easy-to-understand food safety training.

It is our primary purpose to produce Certified Professional Food Managers who actually understand the critical elements of food safety and can easily apply them in their establishment. The first step of any subject involves being interested in it. I think you will find our seminars interesting and understandable which will make the information you learn that much easier to apply back on the job.

California Health & Safety Code mandates that every food establishment have a certified food manager that has passed a qualified test in the past three years.

It is our commitment to our clients to deliver excellent food safety training and a state certified test in an effective manner at an affordable price. We deliver our seminars and examinations over the weekends and offer a home study program and in-house training to service your specific needs.
